Managing discipline

Calling ALL members to speak up!

(Disciplinary action is management, the backbone of excellent management)

One of the traits of good management is managing disciplinary action.  If a leader, especially one at the national level, is seen to ‘monkey around’ (pun intended) with the discipline of its members, he is definitely courting trouble. 

If a leader is seen to protect its own skin, he is sending the wrong signals to the party at large.

So all good followers, if love your party, do not remain silent and stop pretending as if nothing serious is brewing up.  Act, before it is too late.  Please speak up!
