Sahabat lama saya, seorang pencinta anjing menulis begini:
Since dog is also the creation of God, they must be also asking God;
What happen to human beings? Why some love us like their children? Why some treat us like their friends and trust us to do works for them? Why some say we are dirty and be kept away? Why some kill us and take us for food?

Saya teringat surah Al-Kahf, wataknya termasuk juga 'the dog'? Kebetulan? Orhan PAMUK dalam novelnya, "My name is Red" (halaman 13) juga bertanya " So then, what's the actual reason for this animosity toward dogs?
